Credit clearance

Still waiting for TFG to close my account and clear me in credit bureau I have send them clearance e letter for the second time now no response nothing and they have the ordesity to say they called me and no one called me I want nothing to do with TFG can u close my account and clear my name I have had it with TFG clear my name and close this stupid account
