Covid-19 not issue for TFG issue might be customer service

Very bad service received from their stores and online help line, Trying to buy a Samsung A32 or A72 from them, shops just tell you no stock and try nothing from their side to assist, online I'm getting a technical error and client support doesn't know what this error is, thus will speak to IT and get back to me, at this stage I'm waiting for 5 people to call me back. I have tried to buy this item from them now for 4 weeks, companies are apparently struggling due to COVID-19, but I think it's rather the lack of support and willingness to try and assist customers that wants to spent money, and for some reason they are not willing to make money.
