Courier lies about delivery and online team is redundant
This online team is completely useless. The courier **** about coming to deliver during my specified times. Also **** about contacting me which they never did. I sent over 16 emails back and forth to the online team and more over messenger. And the TFG group team have not assisted at all. Asked for a manager to respond and handle the situation and no one has contacted me.
