Convenient system shortfalls

I received vouchers for Foschini under the impression that you can use them at Coricraft as they are part of the same group. On the website it allows you to use your TFG Money account, but conveniently for them they have not set up the ability to use TFG vouchers. Upon inquiring, I was told there are plans to make this available but they don’t know when and can’t help me. So I must waste R5500 in vouchers because in 2 years since Coricraft becoming part of TFG they still can’t set up the systems correctly? In my opinion, if that is the case then they should refund me for my vouchers or swap the Foschini vouchers for Coricraft credit. On the website it states that Coricraft is part of their group but they are unwilling to help in this instance.
