Contact not reached

I've sent an email on the 25/10/12 with no response. I did receive an automated response. Today tried calling claims department number on: ***and ***, the line drops. I'm irritated because what kind of a service where you want to process a claim, however no one is available to assist. I need to cancel the cover and look somewhere else maybe Jet store.
