Firstly, I want to register the level of disrespect I got from one of your call centre by the name of SIZEKA, I will never tolerate that kind of disrespect from anyone over my decomposed body. If she feels like she is to mighty to work with people she must just resign that is not her mothers or a father’s company. She is there to work like any other citizen and I contribute to her livings, she need to be sorted out, I will never tolerate that kind of disrespect. How dare she speak to me in that regard. another matter, I was given a discount from vericred, I however mistakenly paid into the direct store account instead of vericred. Now when I phone markhams call centre I am being insulted by a village girl by the name of SIZEKA? Please refund me or credit vericred.
