Constant pathetic service

I have ordered a 6 items from totalsports last week, when I went to fetch my delivery from the store in durban I received 6 items and 3 of them weren't even mine.. So which leave me with 3 items that I ordered missing. You guys are as slow as snails when it comes to resolving issues..so as usual this will take 1 month to resolve because you have many distributions centre's blah blah blah, try using some new excuses.

I have also received items that I have previously been credited for. So now you giving away free stuff but I do not want free stuff I want the items I ordered.

Your pargo delivery services is an absolutely pathetic and useless company..the package numbers are always incorrect and the pargo codes never work.if you want proof please contact vish from Markham at the Pavillion mall and he will let you know how much of issues we have with every single delivery.

I am not prepared to have this issue with you guys every single time I place an order .

Give me my items or credit me for the items you guys did not send, and please send someone to come pick up the free stuff you gave me as I do not want something I did not pay for.
