Complaint regarding Tfg store account

I've opened an account three months back at jet. Their closing balance doesn't drop . I've been paying magazine fee and funeral plan of which I'm not aware of. And to my surprise ever since I've been paying for that magazine I haven't received any. Tfg account is a ****
