Complaint on complaint

This is a complaint on a complaint!! I bought Saucony tekkies on line a few months ago, which I only wear casually. Unfortunately the printing on the tekkies are peeling off. I sent the servicing department pictures, and Joanette de Statler and Pearl Sithole acknowledged the complaint. This was more than a week ago... NO FEEDBACK SINCE. When I follow up, they just refer it to another department. So when will this be sorted out????
