Complaint left unattended with no resolution even on first call!!!!!

Very unhappy with the service of TFG On been paying account and with no means for it going down , checked my statements compared to slips I have , I was selected on club and kids magazine .also Jet club . Been paying for both hence why the account dont drop also why would I pay for sms that I’ve never required never even once I forgot to pay their account but im on multiple fees 😤 Customer service is horrific!! They drop the call dont have steps implemented so I’ll get refund on all the cost what they good at this s Dropping Calls , Spoke to Sandiswa dropped call after Ive stated Complaint , Second Lady Phindy or ***ie she is work from home couldn’t assist to transfer call back to Sandiswa or the Manager but she knows how to drop the call . Very ***** services and the staff from store to their C.s
