Complaint Against The Foschini Group (TFG)

On 05 February 2020 I paid up my clothing account with The Foschini Group (TFG) in full but never received a paid up letter. While applying for a home loan early January of 2024 the bank advised me that I have a TFG account in arrears. Upon following up with TFG I am told that this account was sold to MBD Collections in 2018. I find this to be very odd and very disturbing as I was never made aware of this when I made the payment at a Foschini Store in 2020. Now they are telling me to contact MBD when they are supposed to be doing that themselves as the creators of this mess I find myself in. I need your urgent assistance in this regard as this is daylight ******* by TFG.
