Complaint against Markham Store Management / TFG Greanacres Mall Port Elizabeth

On the 23rd of October 2024, I purchased an item from Markham Store at Greanacres Port Elizabeth Mall. I had been serviced by a front desk associate who was not only impudent but was *********** and she also excelled with unprofessionalism. A few days later, I went on to log a complaint with management and to date I have not yet received a response or feeback concerning my inquest. Instead I have to chase for a response which is draining.

Unfortunately, neither the front desk associate nor the manager was able to provide clairty as to why I never got the explanation of how to redeem that voucher, the remaining balance on the voucher as I previously requested and why the service has not been performed inadequately. The manager also mentioned that if km not happy with the way things were handled in store and by him, I should contact be complaints department as there is nothing he is willing to do to assist with regards to this os matter.

I'm more than willing to take matters further seeing that I am not receiving the assistance I require.
