Complaint about a Freezing,slow cellphone

Hi, please assist.My daughter Buhle Mgobo bought a new cellphone paid cash, ITEL AO4 CYAN 32Gb from Foschini at Golden Acre Cape Town on the 30th April 2024 and returned the phone on the 02nd May 2024 because it is freezing,slow and glitches. They don't want to give her other new phone they sent that one to the repairs and promise to get the phone soon. They called her today on the 03rd June 2024 that they don't find the problem with the phone but still they didn't gave her any phone.The person who called her was very rude.I've got all the details. Rather they must give her a new phone or gave her money back.The cost price is R1099.00.Please assist.
