Complaint

I'm in sportscene festival mall to credit an item. The cashier by the name of Nolusindiso and the acting manager by the name of Gift refused to do a return telling me that they don't have cash in the till and I must come back. I left the store without help and after 30 minutes I went back to the store and they still told me the same story. After trying to call their Area Manager with no success then I still waited in the store thus when they decided to check the money in the drawer and they had it. They then decided to do my credit after that hustle. When requesting their store manager or 2IC they told me that there is no one in the store. I'm really not happy with this kind of treatment as they were doing me no favour. Can this issue be given attention and revert back to me.
