Complain about the poor service

I wonna log a complain about poor customer service about Total sport mens at Cresta Mall, i went in the store to return the sneackers for my daughter i got the slip with me early ib the morning, they said i must go back they dont have cash , when i go back at my lunch time time it was another storie i waited almos 40 minutes n there was no que, staff were just watching me , when i get at the till they talk another stories they said they cant give me cash they force me to take giftcard , now im gonna stuck with their gift card bcz my daughter didnt like anything from their store
