Complain

I have askesd Foschini trade Route Mall to look 2 collerless blezer size M because I couldn't get in their store so I manage to go out and phoned Frankfort on 8th September 2023 myself then I spoke to Rose and she agreed she has what I'm looking for, but she the store needs to phone on my behalf.

Okey then I phone the Trade Route Mall, got the lady by the name of Mbali and explained the story then after while she phoned me back saying they will be sent Then I gave the whole week on the 15th September 2024 when I go to Foschini trade Route Mall, they telling me Nop, no IBT for me, Okey I phoned Rose then she told me about Broken Lorries ( Trucks). I even asked must I understand that u have Rtt has broken Truck, she said nothing she can do. Till today when I phoned the Rose again she is telling me abt the book that Rtt does not have that they need to sign when giving the IBT to them

I have a Vacation this weekend, I'm so disappointed don't even know what to do, I even asked the Lady Trade Route Mall (Princess) if she can find it for somewhere else?? But no luck
