Do you have cheer really have bad customer service. They have debit from my account 3 for a device which they know I had to put a claim for. They did a Investigation and found out that I am supposed to receive a refund and I was told I am going to receive refund. I have been waiting for 3 months to get my refund from them but the also quick to debit my direct debit for the second device that I insured with them. They are a total ripoff
