I am giving you the one star rating because I never got any feedback on an order, up until I called the TFG and was told that the courier was hijacked( 4 weeks after purchase). Second order the was an issue with a wrong address, I would have not found out about this if I had not called TFG and the courier. Only the courier called to verify the address. No feedback from TFG to check if the courier called to validate the address. Lack of communication to follow up on orders and enquiries.
