COLLECTORS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM WHAT ARREARS AMOUNT IS FOR

<p>Yesturday - Received a call that my account is in arrears. Asked what the amount was for. The balance was zero when the amounts was paid. They could not tell me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer servies resulted in me having to go to their offices in parow, but I was not allowed to speak to a rep and sent to parrow mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the mall </p> <p>i went to the shop who could also not tell me what it was for. I was then sent to their offices on the 2nd floor near the gym.</p> <p> </p> <p>On my arrival I spoke to a receptionist that put me on the phone with a rep. The receptionist was very rude to me while I was on the phone with the rep and passed comments my way.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was also never in arrears. My installment was paid in full.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stop harrassing me with calls!</p>
