Hello I need urgent help please, I have a Foschini account that I am behind on. but I have never stopped making my payments, I have been having some financial problems and I did explain this to them, I make payments every month without fail but not the exact amount because I cannot afford to at the moment. I have just received an email to say my account has been handed over without anyone calling me to tell me this, I am sure we could have reached a solution before this happened . I am so heart broken. can someone contact me please.
