Clueless online support
I have sent TFG many emails enquiring about an order i placed on the 16th of December 2022, upon placing my order i was supposed to have received the item by Christmas.
I have asked many questions and you guys are completely clueless on where my order is.. the last update was on the 20th of December 2022 that the courier had picked it up.
Your standards have dropped drastically over the past 2 years , you guys send damaged goods all the time especially when they are on sale..
Can anyone answer the question snd let me know where is my order?
