I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with your services. I have been signed up for a club magazine that I did not request.

When I contacted your call centre to resolve this, my calls were repeatedly disconnected. The last consultant I reached did not speak at all and simply let the line run without assisting me.

This is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I request that this unauthorized subscription be cancelled immediately, and any charges associated with it be reversed. I also expect a prompt response confirming the resolution of this matter.
