Closing my TFG account since last week....still not done!!

Hi TFG can you please just close my account I had enough of your terrible service. I paid my amount in full last week now I'm struggling to close my account with you and it should be quick and easy.

I phoned again this morning and spoke to one of your consultants and she told me they cannot close my account this week only next week. Have you ever heard such nonsense. I told her if you ask me to pay any interest I'll contact my lawyer. Why can they just close the account when my money was paid in full.

I did email TFG this morning as well hopefully they will email me back today or tomorrow with a better response. I'll keep you updated.
