claiming limiting customers to take inferior quality phones.
I claimed on my cellphone insurance and they approved claim but now i have settle for less quality phone because they dont want to allow me to top up and by the phone i want.I don't see any clause that states i can't top with my own money to get the quality i want.I am so frustrated as tfg customer and i made up my mind that i am leaving them after 10 years of being their customer.
