On the 7th of November went to the store to submit insurance claim for a phone I bought for my, he was ****** outside the school premises. I received a call from TFG saying my claim was declined because my son was not listed as a user of the device on my quality schedule mind you my son is only 14 years and the worst part is that the cashier knew I was buying the phone for my son,but she did not tell me I must list him as a user.
