Charged for nothing/ exploitation

I'm so frustrated, I payed off my account and asked them to cancel everything, I do not wanna be charged for anything, they said I won't be charged for anything, they cancelled.

Now they calling me non stop saying I'm owing, that's nonsense, I paid off my account for a reason.

Please remove me from all your nonsense please! And stop asking for money and calling me.
