Charged for item that was not delivered. No response from TFG.

Bought two 70cm suitcases online from Due South Escapes. My credit card was charged for both. The email said that both were dispatched. But only ONE suitcase arrived. The box was just sufficient for one suitcase but the invoice claims that TWO were packed. Therefore, as far as TFG is concerned the order has been completed. I logged a query but have not received any response as yet.
