CHANGING PLANS WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE
I had 6, 12 & 24 months accounts. My 6 & 12 months was brought over to 24 months without my knowledge. After spending an excessive amount of time on the phone, no one could assist me. I therefore feel that I should take the matter further and bring it to the attention of the NCR. Kind regards
