Cellphone purchase

On the 6/10/2022 bought a cellphone online, nothing was stipulated that it does not come with headsets. Today called the lady at their call center and she told me that i will have to go ask for them at the store. If it was written that headsets will have to be collected at the store when purchasing a cellphone online would have not bought the phone online, because me buying the cellphone online was for my convince. TFG please deliver my headsets the same way the phone was delivered or have them ready for collection at one of your TFG stores for collections. Thanks Rosemary ***.
