Cellphone insurance that was never canceled after 10 years.

I bought a cellphone on my Foschini account more than 10 years ago and was asked to if I wanted cellphone insurance and I took it the cellphone, as time went by the phone became older and I didn't use it any longer and went into the store and told them to cancel the insurance which they said they have done and the next month I received my statement and saw it has still not been canceled I then went into the store again and told them the insurance is still being deducted could they please cancel the insurance and again they said yes they have canceled the insurance it. I then got my statement and saw once again the insurance hasn't been canceled I have then gone again into the store where they said again they sorry and they have canceled it now. At this point I have lost all hope in canceling this cellphone insurance because I was now paying in insurance for a cellphone I can't use anymore because the software was to outdated in 2015 I tried again to cancel the insurance and again I went into a foschini store and did the same process asked them to cancel the insurance and they told me the same thing they have canceled the insurance and again it was not canceled and as the years went by they were still deducting cellphone insurance, it was until February 2023 my son started managing my finances and he saw that they are still deducting cellphone insurance we then went again into a foschini store in Blue Route mall and told them it's been over 10 years I have been paying this cellphone insurance that I have canceled years ago they called the tfg insurance department and I spoke to a lady and explained that I have canceled years ago but was still paying the for insurance again they said they have just canceled the insurance it's December 2023 and they have still not canceled the cellphone insurance I have now looked at how much I have paid for cellphone insurance for a phone I have last used years ago that at the time of purchase years ago costed me R1000 I have now paid close to R15000 for insurance that had to be canceled years ago I honestly don't think it is fair as to how they **** to me each and every time I asked them to cancel the insurance.I have been a Foschini account holder for more than 30 years now and never thought I would ever have to write a bad review about them but I hope they could atleast get back to me with some sort of resolution to this problem.
