Cellphone insurance

I feel I am not happy with the way my claim was rejected so I am told I left my phone unattended when I was at gym .The fact that I say the last time I saw my phone was when I was at gym and I showed and left the phone in my bag and when I got home I checked the phone was gone means that I left the phone unattended.I had my smart watch and two phones in the bag but both of them i had ,Does that mean I need to shower with my phones and smarts watches There is no evidence that show the phone was taken at gym or maybe i left it in the couch or at Kuai yet I am told I was negligent with my phone .Please cancel my insurance and return all my premiums because this means that me wasted my time getting insurance. I requested for the email to be sent with the rejection till date i have not received anything .This show how sneaky you guys are .
