Cellphone insurance claim

I submitted my ****** phone claim on the 2nd of December 2025 till today i will have never received any feedback from them. When i call them they keep on saying they have never received my claim, but when TOTALSPORT mall of Tembisa calles then they say they received it it being processed. Yet money will be debited on the 25 nonsense of insurance i regret buying mobile at retail shop.
