Cellphone insurance cancellation
Been having problems with the cancellation of my cellphone insurance for literally a year now. Every month they deduct, I phone in or send emails to cancel then they apologize for their mistake but continue deducting the next month. Now they still have the nerve to go and double deduct and are no longer even responding to my last email sent.
