Cell phone insurance cancelled without my knowledge/consent

I had 2 cell phone insurance with them and I cancelled 1 which had a premium of R36 and they cancelled both my cellphone insurance ,I sent an email and clearly stated that I'm cancelling the one for 36 and they never phoned me to confirm all that now I need to claim for the other phone I don't know what to do
