Cell phone claim unattended
Hello Peter I just want to report TFG Cell phone insurance department. Last year I submitted a cellphone claim to them till to date have not received any response they keep on telling me that it's excallated. I am really disappointed on these guys as they continue receiving monthly premiums but they are unable to render the service. Please assist. Thanks
