Carelessness and poor customer service

<p>I am so disappointed with the service I have received at Total Sport Shop No.39, Park Central Shopping Centre, Noord St, Johannesburg. I went there on Friday 02.09.2016 and I left the secondary card application form together with my id copy and my partner’s id copy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week Friday I went to Total sport Eastgate to follow up, I spoke to Charlotte who was helpful and professional, she called the customer care and she was informed that TFG customer care never received my documents. She called TS Park Central they promised to check and send the documents. I waited for 2 hours we called TS central park again and Nkuli was so arrogant and she had bad attitude she informed that the do not have my documents.</p> <p> </p> <p> How can TS employees can be so careless with our sensitive information? I therefore demand TFG to look for my ID copies I gave to its employees and return it back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>What if someone bad gets our ID copies?</p>
