Card blocked.disgusting service from TFG

I was shopping at the fix.after I shopped my available balance was R1000 I then went to sportscene to get some things but my card was blocked as they suspected ***** I was so embarrassed because I chose all my stuff at sportscene but when I get to till my card was blocked.the lady said I must come with my I'd so they can unblock card and I can buy what I wanted.i went back to sportscene the next day to unblock my card I was asked all questions then card was unblocked but then I had no available credit.once again I was embarrassed.i needed to get things from sportscene as I was going to a funeral.this is very disappointing of tfg.i have been a loyal customer nd have always paid my account on time.why unblock my account and take my available credit away.i am disgusted and I feel like canceling this account once I've paid it up.i needed to get things for funeral in durban but my credit was taken away which makes no dam sense to me
