Can't pay off my account

I left the country 2016. And left my card with a relative who failed to maintain it I came back 2020 I went to fochini as I was already handed over. They gave me numbers for the lawyer company however the call doesn't go through to this day I'm having trouble paying off the account and reopening it 🤦🏾 it's not even a huge amount.. but every time I call I'm not assisted with payment details
