Can't close the account
My case was handed over to the credit bureau,I paid everything I owed but now i cannot close the account.Shapiro and associates are not helping me neither is TFG..i contacted customer service they sent me a paid up letter then i went to their store to close the account but still they telling me about the credit bureau..yoh TFG is trash
