cancelled order p***

Tfg client service is really poor, because they decided to cancelled my order p***, which was a online purchase and they neglected to inform of the cancellation and the reasons for the cancellation. What upsets me is the order was made on the 17th and was only cancelled two days later, and no one cared to inform me of this. What's worse is I had to be the one to call and enquire why the order was cancelled and no clear reason was given.
