CANCELL MY TFG ACCOUNT

please just cancell my TFG account like i requested the day i paid off my TFG account .

since i ''cancelled'' my TFG account in the beginning of this year 2019 i spoke to the TFG Group like 4 times and everytime they tell me " sorry for the inconvinience , your account will now be closed "

but then i need the call them each month to tell them its still not cancelled .

im now sick of licking their asses just to get this cancelled .
