Bye bye after 20 years

Afyer being a loyal account holder for almost 20 years, today I requested closure of my account.

My card along with my id and other items are lost. They refuse to replace my card without an ID. I only have an appointment at Home Affairs on 6 December and then how long do I have to still wait for the card. I have a drivers license and Passport which they refuse to accept as a form of identification.

I won't have this added stress after losing my items, so they can shove their account.

Bye bye after 20 years. I will take my business elsewhere and never support any store with the TFG sticker in the window ever again.
