BUYING ONLINE FROM TFG STORES

Hi did an online purchase on 2 August 2019. i ordered the Clinque Anti Blemish foundation, eye pencil and t shirt. the T Shirt was delivered in a sealed bag. my mum signed for the parcel and when i got home, i opened the parcel and the Clinique anti blemish foundation and eye pencil was not in the bag. on 7 august 2019 i contacted the call center and was told that it was on two different deliveries and the consultant will contact me. on 8 August 2019 i called in and was told that on their system it shows delivered however, they will follow up and revert. its now 12 August 2019 and no one has gotten back to me. i have made two calls today and i am still being told that they delivered all items. i paid for this online!!! i did not receive the goods!! i want all items that i paid for. this is unacceptable as i have always been supporting TFG stores online and it disappoints me to know that i am getting no help. i want my stuff!
