Bullying

I am so hurt, last week Thursday I got into a taxi from Bayside mall when I got inside I saw a lady sitting at the back and I saw that she is crying even though she tried to hide herself, I went to her and ask if she's okay, she said yes I'm okay she started crying ,I tried to comfort her and she opened up telling me that she's scared to go back to work because her manager told her that by the 1st of April she must have glasses because she's shot sighted, otherwise is she is not getting those glasses the manager is going to fire her, mind you the girl is on Yes learneship, so where is she going to get money for the glasses because they are very expensive and Tfg doesn't provide them with medical aid, I was so angry because this is bullying, The fix Bayside manager stop bullying, u Managers are the reason why employees kill themselves because u depress thm, 80%of their time are at work u managers are killing them silently. The Fix Bayside mall Manager do better or quit if u don't know how to threat employees
