Blocking my dreams

I am having a problem with the tfg group, I have being trying to get hold of thier legal department as they say my account has being handed over, I did pay all I owed the tfg group but it is still showing under my name on the credit record, I would like it to be cleared as it is blocking me to buy a house and I have paid them, I have been to multiple tfg group shops asking for the numbers where I can get hold of their legal department so that they can clear all this matter, but I have not been able to. They give a number ***, *** / 4600. But all this numbers r not been answered. I really need to clear this matter as it is making me miss opportunities of buying a house for my family.
