Blocked account without Notice

Worst service, this company doesn’t send me emails or statements ever since I opened an account with them since 5 years ago I always make an effort to go to the shop and pay for the account on a monthly basis more than the amount they would request. I called one day wanting to change my account details such as addresses so they put me through the verification process by asking me silly questions like do I have a real account etc. Even things that are not at all related to me Then you come tell me I failed my verification process Then they decide to block my account without telling me Only to find this out when m trying to purchase some clothing at the store What kind of service is this! Very *********** and unprofessional!
