Billed for things l did not receive

I had a TFG account and I'm not married but had a spousal policy which I told them I did not need. I've been paying for magazines which I only received one but was billed every month. I kept going to Jet stores to cancel but no cancelations were done. I don't have Twitter but I feel the need to warn people about this **** of a company
