Billed for stuff I did not signed for
I never received a statement until I requested one yesterday. I noticed that I was billed for stuff that I did not signed up for. A Classic Mag that I do not receive or SPClub Gold that I do not benefit from is added on my account. I never signed or agree for this. I need to know when this was added to my account and who gave permission. This is ****************, no wonder I don't receive statements. This needs to be rectified on my account and I need a full statement to see from when this was added on my account.
