BEYOND MAD
MY ACCOUNT LAST MONTH WAS 1300.00 NOW IT SAYS 1800.00 WHR THE HELL ARE YOU EXPECTING ME TO GET THE MONEY CAUSE EVERY MONTH YOU KEEP INCREASING MY INSTALMENT I WILL NOT PAY ANYMORE TAKE ME TO ITC I DNT CARE I CANNOT BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT DECREASING AND YOU BE SAYING WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE WILL ESCALATE THE MATTER TO THE RELEVENT DEPARTMENT BUT YOU NOT SORTING OUT MY ISSUE WHY AM I PAYING FOR PIENAARS ATTORNEYS WHEREAS I DID NOT HIRE THEM YOU HIRED THEM IM TAKING THIS FUTHER I AM TIRED OF TFG

To briefly explain, you’ve agreed to the Terms & Conditions upon opening your account. This states that if the account goes into arrears and is handed over to a Collection Agency/Lawyer, you will be liable for the cost.
Since you’re not answering our calls, we are unable to discuss these terms with you in an effort to resolve this.
