Best service ever

<p>I was on business in shelly beach and as i left the hotel i could feel that my shoe was a little funny. I had purchased the shoe from markhams a few months. Being away from home i was forced to go and buy a shoe. When i arrived at markams in shelly beach kzn i was greeted by Billy the branch manager and his blew me away with how he handled the issue. He was the most efficient person i ever met. He imesiately went through my account and tried to locate an invoice and when he couldnt find it he still assisted me and replaced the shoe. I did not have to buy one. Reatailers today just dont assist you if you dont have a reciept but Billy went the extra mile. I was able to make it to my very important business meeting because of his efficiency. Billy you are a star,thank you for the great service, an experienve i will never forget.</p>
